SIPS-Structural Insulated Panels

Structural Insulated Panels commonly known as SIP’s-Structural Insulated Panel Association-www.sips.org. A  building system that creates the super tight thermal envelope necessary to the creation of a High Performance Building.  While the pictures show a 3 story residence, SIPS are being utilized for apartments, townhouses, condominiums, single family houses and light commercial applications.  Can be very cost effective when pre-planning involves common sense.
