This economic justification has to be based on evaluating a building over time, not solely initial cost. No matter the building program applied, LEED, Energy Star, HERS ratings or the myriad of other local and national programs, the planning process begins with the application of Cost Effective, Common Sense, Energy Efficient methods-then practically applied Sustainable(Green) systems and materials.

Purpose: Apply experience, knowledge, practicality and proven building systems, while continually evaluating practical uses for evolving theory, in assisting Military and Government Contracting Businesses, General Contractors, Developers, Building Owners, , Affordable Housing Providers, Builders, Sub-Contractors and Redevelopment agencies. The goal is to encourage the use of– understanding and pre-planning–as opposed to–no understanding and re-active planning. The mission is get tighter, healthier, sustainable, energy efficient buildings built-profitably–by applying common sense and realistic costing in order to prevent economic disasters(business failures) and building failures all from losing their shirt in these evolving applications. The transition from theory to field application is a danger zone rewarding caution and planning.
