I have a historic home in Cherokee County, Ga. just north of Atlanta that I’m considering purchasing that was built around 1900. I know there are foundation problems and would like some expert advice on a complete renovation to bring this home back to it’s former glory. I also need to hire a firm to do the work, or could use some guidance on contracting the work. Is this something you would be interested in looking at for me? Or if you don’t work in Georgia, could you refer me to someone?
